Marvellous Maids has placed vetted household and cleaning staff in homes and businesses across South Africa since 1997, but the old website made it harder than it should be to understand the services and ask for a quote.
We redesigned the site around a clearer journey: what is on offer, how the process works from quote to clean, and a direct route to WhatsApp or a booking, with the specialist services such as staff placements and rental management given their own space.
An AI agent now manages incoming queries and booking requests, answering common questions and capturing details so no enquiry waits for the office to open.
